Return Policy

We hope you love our products — if something doesn’t fit, we’ll help! You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached; include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Custom, personalized, single-use items, or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping cost and risk:

If the return is due to a product defect, wrong item, or shipping damage, the seller will cover round-trip shipping costs and assume the risk.

If the return is for buyer reasons (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping; any loss resulting from using untracked shipping is the responsibility of the return sender (except in special circumstances).

Refunds and exchanges:

Once inspected and approved, we will process refunds or ship exchanges within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund. No restocking fee will be charged; however, if an item is not in its original condition or shows obvious customer damage, returns may be partly rejected or subject to deductions.

Missing or delayed deliveries:

For packages marked “delivered” but not received, please report to us within 10 days and provide relevant information for investigation.

International orders:

International return policies vary by item and country/region. Some international orders may be final sale; shipping and taxes are generally non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of repeated policy abuse. This policy is effective as of the date posted and may be updated at any time; updates will be posted on this site.
